Birthing Center Services
Services available through the Family Birthing Center program include:
- 24/7 Obstetricians, Pediatricians and Neonatologists
- Level II Intensive Care with 8 NICU beds
- Overnight accommodations for parents
- Two full service operating room
- Free pre-natal classes offered in English, Spanish and Vietnamese:
- Childbirth
- Breast Feeding
- Child Care
- Inpatient and outpatient consultations
- Immediate after-delivery consultations
- Pediatric unit visits
- Neonatal intensive care unit visits
- After-discharge consultations
- Breast pump loan program for neonatal intensive care parents
- After-discharge phone support
- Breastfeeding support information for teens
